If you’re going to ride a Harley trike, this is the way to go, you get a Tilting Motor Works conversion kit installed on your Harley which adds the stability of three wheels, while still preserving the lean you want for the twists and turns along the way. You may have seen this 2007 Heritage Softail Classic on Jay Leno’s Garage and since it’s already built and ready to go, there’s none of the usual waiting for months before you’re carving through turns on three wheels.

This bike has minor cosmetic damage consistent with normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this mileage including small paint chips, metal dings, and windshield wear. Floorboards have been scraped in the curves of course 😉

Engine/Transmission: Twin Cam 96, 1584cc, air-cooled, fuel injected, 6-speed.
Rear Tire: 180/65-16
Fuel Capacity: 5 gallons

Key components of the Tilting Motor Works conversion kit include shocks by Works Performance, custom bolted alloy wheels, Buell 6-piston dual perimeter calipers, and Dunlop American Elite dual-density 130/80 B17 tires.

I think it’s simply fantastic that people are building ever better handi-capable motorcycles, for paraplegic or double-amputee folks, and/or those who have an irrational vertiginous phobia deep-seated in their minds which leads them to believe that a regular two-wheeled motorcycle is going to fall over. And now for those who lack the self confidence & self-directed sense of style to rock a Piaggio MP3, we have a Piaggio MP3 which won’t provoke the Hardly-Ableson snobs to mock you for riding a motorcycle with post-WWII technology onboard….
